David has been working in the finance and accountancy industry for over 15 years. He has been a certified public accountant (CPA) in Hong Kong, a Chartered Accountant with ICAEW and a member of Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT). Over the years, David has worked with clients in numerous industries, completed a number of corporate finance transactions and assisted more than 15 clients successfully listed in Hong Kong and Nasdaq stock exchanges. He is knowledgeable in different business models and processes.
After David came to the UK and settled in Bristol in 2021, he gained exposure in making tax returns and accounting with different clients. He is good at financial management, maintaining internal controls and organising the record keeping of companies.
David had also been an independent non-executive director and the chairman of the audit committee of a construction company listed in Hong Kong between 2016 and 2019, overseeing financial reporting matters and safeguarding companies corporate governance and shareholders' interests.
Outside work, David enjoys travelling around cities in Europe and playing football. He is a fan of Bristol City FC and often gets to the Ashton Gate Stadium to support home fixtures.
Yvonne has been working in the finance and accountancy industry for over 15 years. She is a qualified accountant from Hong Kong and was trained from a Big Four accountancy as an auditor. She also has extensive experience in investment banking within the Greater China Area and successfully completed a number of IPOs and mergers and acquisitions transactions before coming to Bristol in 2021.
Yvonne graduated from University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelor of Social Science degree in Materials Science and Engineering. She also obtained Master of Social Science degree in Global Political Economy from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Outside work, Yvonne loves making good food, travelling to different countries and playing tennis at Saltford Lawn Tennis Club.
